STEP TWO- EXPECTATIONS

Here at Pipino Builders, you will have a dedicated project manager or designer
with you through your entire project depending on the scope of your project and needs. Moving
forward to illuminate your expectations for your project we will need to dive into your vision for the
project. How will you use your new space? What is your budget? What kind of feel and finish do you
want to accomplish? What kind of timeline do you have in mind? All of these important open-minded
questions will transition into a carefully executed project that transfers your vision into a reality.

STEP THREE- PLANNING

Once we have had our preliminary meetings on your project's ideas, we start to dive
down into the pricing and design-the fun part! With our in-house expert team comprised of some of areas'
best design and architect professionals, your project is planned out with the utmost precision to ensure
a beautifully smooth installation. We will help you walk through the never-ending choices of, flooring,
cabinetry, trims, tile, hardware, custom finishes, countertops, lighting, and fixtures to ensure your project
stays within budget as well as accomplishing that look you are drooling over!

STEP FOUR- PRE-INSTALLATION

Before we arrive, the team does a pre-installation meeting with you to verify
details to guarantee your project gets done right, on time, the first time. It's game day, the plan is set,
the materials are here, and the day has come to finally install your project you have longed for. You and
your installation manager will do an initial walk through to ensure your project gets the attention to
every single little detail it deserves.

STEP FIVE- COMPLETION

Our craftsmen will start to install your project, with the guidance of your
installation manager, you can have the confidence and conviction of day to day on the job
communication. You will continue to be a key part of the project's installation! At the end of
the project you accomplish a final walkthrough with your designer and installation manager to show you
the newly acquired space!
